How to open FPS MOD by mindworx

Hey guys anyway i was wondering how to open FPS MOD by mindworx when i tried using RTC even the newest version wont work when i start the game it pops up back to main menu(there are no errors or crashes when is start the game)

RtC doesnt work with the latest wc3 patch.
Also it kinda bugs around with JassHelper. If you try to sue it for any project forget that thought, its horrible and wont work.
If you just want to look into the fps mod you can downgrade your wc3 with certain tools, play it and then upgrade again.
