How to modify time...

I am wondering where I could find the menu that allows me to set the value of game time (ex = a normal game hour lasts a short while and I want it to last like one real hour).

Well, obviously, I experienced another problem...
Here it is : I made it so that each game hour = 15 game minutes. So now, I want the character (you're playing) to sleep for 1 hour game time. However ! I don't want the player to just stare at a black screen for 15 minutes ! How can I make it so that the player experiences (ex: 5 secs/game hour) while the game continues to progress for 1 game hour/15 real life minutes ?

you have the game set time of day function

just fade out pause game time
wait 10 seconds
set game time = current time + 1 hour
