How to make my map environment look like Icecrown Citadel in WoW?

As title said. i want to make my map sky look like sky at icecrown citadel in world of warcraft or at least my map looks like night time even on daytime. Thanks!

You could just say what's needed ? Sky ? Weather?
If Weather make a region and choose effect that fits.

If you want to make a dark blue screen maybe? Make a mask with blue configuration... I don't know what exactly you want.

Sorry, i want to make the sky in dark blue so when i play my map it will looked like night without affecting my unit sight vision. I will make time on my map set to daytime but its dark in there just like in icecrown in WoW or Night in warcraft map
