How to make items sell at full price instead of half?

I've noticed items seem to sell for only half the amount of gold they're actually worth, is there a way to make them sell at their full price?

Go to: Advanced >> Gameplay Constants >> Inventory - Sell Item Return Rate and set the value to 1.00
