[General] How to make invisible units take damagefrom AOE?

Is it possible to make invisible units like wind walking Blademaster, shade, ghost etc to take damage from AOE spells liek thunder clap, war stomp, Flame strike etc?

They take damage if they are invisble. Invisible does not mean invulnerability. For targeted abilities you need to see them, so the missile hits the target. But for AOE you just need to hit them.
However thunderclap/warstomp cannot target allied units.

Well you can use classifications. Goblin Sappers has classification "Suicidal". Then the hero turns invisible then add classification - Suicidal.
In spells like Thunder Clap just set to Targets Allowed Non-Suicidal.
Or second variant: Triggered spells.

Invisible units will always take damage from AOE spells as long as they are inside the area of effect.
