How to make animation

hi, am trying to make a kael attack with his left hand, he always fires on his right hand so i wanna change that, i was messing around with magos for a while and got no where, then i dled warshape and my java wont start it, now i wonder if there are some easy to use free programs out there that can do basic animation

The only open and free animator out there is warshape, you'll need to update JAVA.
