How to make an avatar here

After answering a couple of people's questions about where to go for a custom avatar, I decided to make a post about it.

Upload it there, then copy the URL from the properties of the UPLOADED to the clipboard. Once you do that paste the URL to the "Link to off-site avatar" (or something similar to that) in the profile, under avatar. It should work, as that is what I did.
