How to make AI boss cast flame strike

Hi i was wondering if this was possable? I have ok knowledge of world editor and triggers so if some one can explain it to me that would be awesome! If you have to have a dummy unit cast it some how could you please explain that since i dont know alot about dummy units xd.

Why do you need dummy units for the flame strike ability?
Just give the boss the flame strike ability and order him to cast it on enemy units or let the AI itself cast it when it feels like.

You could make a custom spell bases on blood lust and turn auto cast on. Once the custom blood lust is cast make a dummy cast flame strike.

There is a smoother solution to make any spell auto cast, however I don't remember where I saw the tutorial for it, and I don't remember how to do it myself either.
