Hello, is it normal for a computer player DUMMY UNITS NOT to cast spells?

say for example, after the spell Flame Strike...a dummy unit appears...and ordered ordered to cast another flame strike but the dummy wont cast...but if I put the controller player to 'none' then its OK, so is it normal?

if it is normal, how can a computer player dummy unit cast spells?

Do you have AI controlling that computer player?
If it's controlled by AI, it doesnt cast spells (i think).

Same thing with Neutral(Hostile). They dont cast spells from your order cause they
are controlled by AI, but Neutral(Passive) does.

It can normally cast spells, if their controller is of type player, you just must not initialize AI, through AI - Start Melee AI script action.

AI casts spells but the dummies behind that spell with custom spells wont, also I did not initiate "Start Melee AI script action.", What I did was I put the controller into computer and the problem occur...

But as I have said before, when I put to 'none' then all of them can cast spells, so is this normal?, how can a computer controlled player cast custom spells?
