How to make a unit/tower attack more than one target?

Hello, everyone.

This is something i can't do.. someone can help me?

How to make a unit/tower attack more than one target?

In want to put in my map a tower that in the "first level", attacks 2 units

After the first upgrade, it attacks 3 units.
In the second upgrade, 4 units.
In the third upgrade, 5 units.
In the fourth, 6 units.

BUt... How?

Attacking 2 units isn't possible without triggers, however attacking 3+ units is possible with the "Barrage" ability (human).

Damage = 0
Targets = air, enemy, ground
Max. number of targets: 1 = 3 targets / 2 = 4 targets, ...
Fill in the rest as you like.
