How To Make A Unit Level Always Show Out

A Neutral Hostile unit always have it's level showing beneath it's name.I want this to occur but to allies,player,AI,enemy and Neutral NPCs

I kind of agree that its impossible because as what Tonex explained, this only works on Neutrals and such. And in players, it shows their forces and not level.

And best solution is ruler's. It might not be fitting but only way is that.

And only bump after 48 hours except if is very important to bump.

Technically, one could use trackables, but it would be a pain to write and would look fairly ugly.

and trackables still leak i believe. they can also cause a lot of lag.

I really don't know, as I never use em. Just pointing out a "possible" alternative.
