How to make a spell book?

I need a spell book that contain 3 spells which are:
Giving +1 str per level
Giving +1 agi per level
Giving +1 int per level

Like in dungeon maps.

And each level-up cost 1 lumber
+ how to make getting lumbers for each level
For example: get 5 lumbers for each level-up

*beign able to get up to +5 skill attribute for each level-up*
