How to make a custom unit deal 1 damage?

How do I simply make the auto attack from a custom unit deal 1 damage? I dont see its attack damage listed in the object editor

Also looking for a tutor if anyone can help

It's Damage Base, Number of Dice, and Sides per Die. Damage is a range from X to Y.

If you want a unit to deal 1 damage then set it's Damage Base to 0 and Dice/Die to 1.
