How to limit Units

Ok I am a pretty junior map maker working on a map of course, and I want to limit it so you can only train say 8 footman for your army from the building how would i do this through object editor triggers just how?

I think there is a function, Player - Limit training of units to...

Yep thank you and anyone know how to make it after a certain building dies you can't ress hero X or something?

There's Player - Make unit unavailable for training. That could work.

A unit Dies
Conditions
Unit Type of Triggering unit == *desired unit type*
Actions
Make unit type of triggering unit unavailable for owner of triggering unit

Or you could just use that building as a Requirement for that Hero.
