How to Install Warcraft twice

The tittle said it. I want to know how to have Two Wacraft 3 TFT games on my computer. I want to test something out. Is it possible? and how?

It may be possible with two hard drives somehow. You could try to ablate other hard drive, then install the game. After that, put the hard drive back and take the other off. Then install again. Im not sure will this work, but you can try it. And why do you want two games same games? I dont think its still possible to run them both at the same time.

Is it possible to install on disk C and disk D?

You don't need to install wc3 at all.
Coping the folder is enough. You can just not patch it because the registry entry is missing.
But you couldn't have 2 registry entries anyway.

Why do you need 2 Warcrafts?

I need One Warcraft that is patched with 1.21b and the second one with the latest patch. In order to make the JNPG work with the 1.21b.

Update JNGP. Open the War3 MPQ archive and extract Common.J , Common.AI and Blizzard.J and replace the JASS Helper ones with the extracted ones.

War3.MPQ? Well as I know, the updated ones is inside War3Patch.mpq

Thanks for the help but i managed to make two versions! How? i found a solution on WC3C.net

1. Uninstall previous Warcraft III installations from your computer.
2. Make a fresh installation of Warcraft III.
3. Patch the new installation to 1.21b with the standalone patch that can be obtained from the Blizzard site
4. Copy the complete Warcraft III folder to a different directory, so you have a second installation.
5. Patch the first installation to the latest version through battle.net or the standalone patch.
6. Fire up regedit and change the values of "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\InstallPath", "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\Blizzard Entertainment\Warcraft III\InstallPathX" and "Software\Grimoire\War3InstallPath" to the directory of the copy you made in step 4.
7. Now you're set up to use the first installation for regular battle.net play and the second installation for mapmaking.

Yeah, but if did what you said, JNPG would lunch from D disk (1.24d) and i pasted the 1.21b on C. So i had to change the registry. Thanks anyway

I have 4x Wacraft 3 in my computer and yet I have not installed any of them. I just move the whole folder always.
