Switching WC3 versions (Reforged and TFT)

Hello,

Is it still possible to play Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne after installing the latest patch from Battle.net? I don't want my BNET app to update the other backup files (preferably 1.26 or 1.31). I've heard some people had an issue where Reforged installation destroyed his TFT backups. This happens quite annoyingly for some people. I want to keep my TFT backup files (1.26/1.31) for mapmaking and the Reforged one for testing, cause if I make a map with the Reforged World Editor, they can't be playable on my TFT backup files.
