If you download a model you simply import it into the import manager and change the path of the model to the path within the model file.
Usually this is stated within the thread of the model you downloaded.
Normally the path is the name of the model without the war3imported\ infront of it.
If you tell us which model it is you're downloading then we can help you out with your issue.

Is it a specific model you're having trouble with? Or are you experiencing this with every model you're importing?

EDIT: oh, sorry I missread your question. If you want to import a spell you simply copy the triggers from the map provided within the thread of the spell you're downloading and paste them in your trigger editor (Ctrl + t).
Make sure you have File -> Preferences -> Automatically create unknown variables checked.

thankyou. but i know how to import the model but i dont know when i want the spell from "spell" forums that it has something call "trigger data" but i dont know how to do with it :(
and how can i get that to work with my map.

i usually create the new spell or ability by using "Object Editor" in WorldEdit.
and it is only just modify the current spell.

and now i want some cool spell like Sand King's Epicenter or Enigma's Blackhole
and i found many in this website

but how can i get it please :(

Edit: Thankyou mr. Hasjie
you information is very useful.

There is a map that you can download inside that thread.
Open it up in the world editor and press control + T in windows or command + T on mac (Trigger Editor).
You now see a lot of categories on your left side.
If you open them up you can see *triggers* inside of these categories. select them, copy them and paste them inside your own map. This should do it.
Make sure that you have File -> Preferences -> Automatically create unknown variables when pasting trigger data is checked.

Here is my import notice :

1. Open World Editor.
2. Go to File (in the toolbar), then in Preferences and in the General tab, mark the compartment " Create unknown variables by pasting data release mechanism".
3. Open the map example supplied by the creator of the model of spell since World Editor.
4. Copy the Units, the Spells, the Effects / Buffs and Triggers bound to the spell one by one.
Tip: for a spell with several triggers, it is possible to put quite triggers in the same category and so to have only the category need to be copied/paste.
5. Open your Map since World Editor.
6. Paste Units/Abilities/Effects/Buffs/Triggers copied previously.
7. Repeat the stages 3, 4 and 5 until have copied / paste everything in the map, then pass in the stage 8.
8. Verify in triggers, if skills and units if ID of the spells / effects / buffs did not change a map in the other one (if the spells / effects / buffs are good). If they changed, then modify to put ID of the spell / effect / buff in your map (choose in the list ^^).
9. Put credits for the creator of the spell.

Make sure you make all those stages (except the 9 which is optional but recommanded).
