how to import the models?

How to import these models, Because, I follow what the readme note says, but the result is the green checkered, box, So Am I importing these models wrong?
because i followed how to import these.

Some models need custom textures... also you need to import them correctly then hit save button...

like if it needs a custom texture:

Import model
Import Texture
Set texture to right path
Hit save

if you hit save before the 3rd part, it might cause it not to work... in which case, for me here it how it goes...

remove all files for that model on the map, then save and close the editor... then reopen editor, reopen map, then import correctly
