[Import] How to import a texture?

I have a question how do we import a texture? What is the Full Path? I am using a texture and change the texture of the unit into one of this textures NagaSiren.blp but I dont know how to import it or what is the full path

Well you import it using the Import Manager.The path doesn't matter you just change the skin of Naga Siren to your imported skin in the Object Editor.
