Hello, greetings. I have a question.
I'm referring to all the chat in multiplayer games on maps. Is there a way to do this, like with allow local files, or by editing the game's MPQ file? What are the paths/files I need to edit?

I think you will need to edit the program files to disable the appropriate logic. This is only really possible in legacy versions of Warcraft III as Reforged likely has protection in place to prevent this or at least make it very difficult.

A good starting point might be to look at Warcraft III Community Edition as a lot of work has already gone into analysing the program code of a legacy build of Warcraft III.
