I need to know that, cause I'm making a campaign and it's a pain in the a** to import everything anew (talking about imported skins and stuff).

Hit F6 to open the Object Editor, you can export all sorts of stuff there, just click a tab and use the Export entries in the File menu to export things, import to bring them back in.

You can also export it all at once, but then importing it will overwrite everything.

If you need to move imported files like artwork, use WinMPQ to extract and then re-add them (use Add Folder to do it fast). Just be warned it doesn't always work, as in sometimes you'll add a bunch of files and they won't all wind up in the map, so you'll have to do them by hand in the Import Manager.

How can I transfer the unit stats of one map to a new map? (except reediting those from the beginning, of course)

Open the map you want to get the unit data from.

Module -> Object Editor

Click the Units tab File->Export Custom Unit Data to export a file containing just the unit data.

Then, open your new map, open the Object Editor, click the Units tab, then use File->Import Custom Unit Data to load the file you exported.

You could preform those changes in the campaign editor, and then they would apply to all maps automatically (Assuming that they're all in the same campaign file).
