How to edit Upkeep in Warcraft 3? Help please...

Maybe in Advanced tab under `Gameplay Constants`. Not sure though.

Check show Rawdata and search for Upkeep easiest way is selecting the gameplay frame and pressing u until upkeep is selected.
You'll have 3 Fields.
UpkeepUsage: Says from which Amount of food this Upkeep LVL starts
UpkeepGoldTax: Reduces income by %
UpkeepLumberTax: Reduces income by %

Edit: After |cff there are some other numbers but not so important
RawData its just Upkeep
