Upkeep Window Editing

I'd like to know which fields in the Gameplay Constants and Game Interface to change to remove all that upkeep stuff and instead replace it with some useful text.

I think I find the right fields but when I empty them the upkeep stuff keeps coming back.

i think it's under Text - No Upkeep, small upkeep and so on (if i translate right) (GI).
Also be sure to edit the tabel for the upkeep to somewhat high values (GC)
And of course ensure that you use custom gameplayconstants / gameinterface
