Where do i find information on a weather effect?
I can find its BLP/tga from weather.slk
but how do i see what part of the tga it uses? is it a whole image, a pattern, cutout or what?
In what file is the information what trigger it uses?
What else is there except Weather.slk?
edit: for example in this map -snow falls to the side and -rain falls down
How can i edit THAT part. How do i change direction/speed or atleast find where this information is stored?
