[General] How to disable sending property to allies

I want a trigger that I can use to disable sending gold/lumber to allies through multiplayer/LAN games or any two player games in general, how to do that..?

In the gameplay constants you can edit the values for clicking and ctrl clicking to 0. Is that good enough?

You can disable Trading, too by setting an Map Flag during game with a Trigger:

• Game - Set Restrict resource trading to allies to On

A side note: Either option presented above is good enough for most purposes, but people can still cheat by sending trading events to other clients through dubious and hacky means. Dota had this problem back in the day; I don't recall if/how they fixed it.
