With the normal world editor, you can just import another database, which replaces all your units.
However, with the NewGen World Editor, this is in fact possible.

You just gotta do 2 simple steps to do that.

0. Make a backup of your map, incase something does not work correctly or you missclick. (Because you don't want to delete your units)

1. Export your unit database from the map you need the units from, like you would do it with the normal WE.

2. Go to your Extensions Tab, and click on "Merge Object Editor Data". Then you choose your w3u file that you created in Step 1, restart your world editor after saving the map (this is important) and your new units should be there.

Hope that works for you!
