How to convert mdx to fbx

Hi all
I am studing xna and i need some models to build my game, but xna can't load mdx format
Is there a way to convert warcraft 3 mdx to fbx with animation ?
( I try to use milkshape3d, but it can't load animation from mdx)

What makes you think people here would allow you to use their models for a game that's not in Warcraft 3?

You should at the very least ask the guys who's models you're planning on using, for studies or otherwise. They spent time working on those models and they are their intellectual property(many of them are, anyways).
