How to change the selection circle model?

I've made a funny custom selection circle model but i don't know how to change it.
I tried to change the fields in Game interface (SelectionCircle and PreselectionCirlce) but none of them is working.
I think it's more complex since it fit the terrain shape.
I remember i've seen a map with custom Selection square (instead of circle).
I wonder how to modificate it.

Get WinMPQ (from Hive's resource section) and use it to open the map file. Find out the path of the unit selection model, import your selection model at the exact path to override the selection model.

Well, that thread's conclusion was that it can't be done, what I'm not sure about. There might be a way they didn't know about.

Yeah, I'd check that by putting Footman's model instead of selection circle model and Test the scenarion.
