How to change Map Type?

I used WEU how can i change , so that i can open my map with normal WE?

Mouse2 on your map => properties => and look for "Opens with" then change it to WE.

i know how to open it on WE , but porberbly i cant open with WE ...because i got some advanced functions of WEU , now i want to change this advanced functions off.

You will have to open your map in WEU and remove all custom features like triggers, tiles, cliffs, map size (if it is over standard), ...
