How to change gained Exp?

Hi. I saw many many maps where you can level superfast (best example Footy lvl 10.000) and I'd like to know how to change that? If i want to level a hero to lvl 20 (or higher) it takes long as hell :S I even would like to know if the range is changeable or if it is possible to turn of gaining Exp when a hero enters a Region.

Triggers:

• Melee Initialization
  • Events
    • Map initialization
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Hero - Make Player 1 (Red) Heroes gain 150.00% experience from future kills

OR:

Make higher level creeps


OR:

Chance leveling values from Advanced -> Gameplay Constants
