how to add 35 Strings Variables in one string, at the same time?

string1 + string2 + string3

and so on

I want to know how to do this using a loop

for each integer a from 1 to 35

for example:
Loop 1 to 35
Set String_X = String_Y [Loop] -> not working, because each loop will replace the previous value, and i need of all values.
