how do you use the enginearing upgrade ability

the enginearing upgrade increases the tinkers abilitys (pocket factory, cluster rockets)

i wana use it to increase the damage and lower the cool down of 2 of my abilitys but i dunno how it works to use it can some 1 help me out on this??

First you have to make 3 abilities
Like Storm Bolt 1, Storm Bolt 2 and Storm Bolt 3. SB1 has 10 sec CD, SB2 has 8 sec CD and SB 3 has 6 sec CD.

Then you make Ability based on Engineer Upgrade.
You can find the Level 1 - Data - Ability Upgrade field from there. Put the "normal" Storm Bolt and Storm Bolt 1 there.
And Storm Bolt 1 and Storm Bolt 2 to Level 2 - Data - Ability Upgrade.
And Storm Bolt 2 and Storm Bolt 3 to Level 3 - Data - Ability Upgrade
