how do you make units play their animations backwards?

You can't really do that, but you can create some sort of illusion maybe by using:
  • Animation - Change <UNIT>'s animation speed to % of its original speed
But that's about it. They must've either had some sort of illusion effect from the function above, or they had a custom animation. You can't really play it back backwards as far as I know.
 
I think he wants something that will create a moonwalk effect..
i think locking body parts can help a little.
but its not that all try..
ill try to contact icefrog for that trick
