How do you get the white and blue "simple" interface

I do not know how I can get the white and blue simple interface on the new version of hive workshop.
I want it because I have an hard time reading brown on Gray(I mean the default color choices are uncomfortable for me).
Also how do I change the number of posts per page?(you can have 200 maps in one page or 50 posts in a thread unless that was removed)
