How do you add on downloaded weapons and armo?

Ive been trying to do this for months now and i still haven't figured it out. I've tried using items to attach weapons but nothing works, i'm guessing i can't do it right please tell me the proper procedures!

Well now i am having a problem, i need to know how to remove original weapons and make it so the weapon actually fires and all that stuff.

well start to use "search" button, in this forum have near 20 threads or more with this question..

You will have to import custom model.

Here are many weaponless models.
