if you mean Hero Glow, search the forum for corresponding posts. There are plenty of them.

If you meant special effects attachments, attach the effects in dummy abilities.

In doodads, there is this glowing torch. i want my unit to glow like it.

You need to search for a model of a light, and attach it to the hero
