how do i edit the angle of a camera?

Im making cinimatics in the editor and i cant seem to edit the angle of the camera

Double Click on the camera>properties>pitch (angle relative to ground) or yaw (angle relative to z axis)

If you need to edit camera angle in trigger editor, use CameraInfoSetValue.
