how can i redirect a windows account

i experienced today that my windows account was redirected to a folder named temp inside the users folder. it have happened before but how can i direct it back.

Consult Microsoft about it. I am sure they have very detailed account management help online for free. You do not need to ask someone, you just need to read the free stuff.
