How can I negativate speed bonus from boots of speed?

I want to make a negative speed bonus on the boots of speed, however it is only working with endurance aura, when I set negative values on the movment speed bonus ability it just doesn't change in-game. (Allow Negative Values is checked)

Did you try shift double-clicking to enter the negative value?

it doesn't work because higher takes effect, so +50 < -50 therefore -50 is negated
either you use SetUnitMovespeed naitve
either you enable "movement bonuses stack" and manipulate every ms
