How can I make a person bigger in the worl editor ?

Hello,
I have importet some models and now one is much taller than the others.
How can i make it smaller or the others taller ??

Go into your object editor,
Simply go to the animation - Scaling value.
Simply make that number bigger of smaller!

To make it even more simple i do it step by step
Open Object Editor
Find the unit you want
*Click* once
Find the "Animation - Scaling Value"
Size it up from 1.00 to Default.
There you go
