How can I analyse if my map file is corrupt ?

A corrupted map file can still work.
My map file has been corrupted for 4 years, but it still plays without problems.
Worst news I can give you is that there is no solution for a corrupted map.... it's broke forever

If you can't load it in WE it might be corrupt (other reasons could be intentional destruction of WE - only files, saved with too new version etc.).
If, when opening in MPQ editor and comparing to other map, there's lack of files / truncated files, it's corrupt.
If you can't open it in-game (running corresponding patch) it's corrupt.
