- Nerubian Seer no longer has melee damage upgrade
- text fixed for skills command: Rain of Chaos and Essance of Blight work properly.
- you can get Rain of Choas on random now.
- You can no longer get chemical rage on random which causes a crash
- Health potion cost reduced. Mana poition cost reduced. All potions contain 4 charges.

- only 1 dood man final boss spawns no matter how many players. His stats were boosted slightly. Game ends when he dies or timer runs out.

- Heroes that are undead are now tagged Undead. Use Death Coil as a heal spell instead of Holy Light. Both these spells work correctly now.
- good riddens transmutate. We have to wait no more.

    Hey hoihoi8, you should make it so that there are set hotkeys for each slot in the command menu so that you don't get spells that have the same hotkey.

    OMG with this stupid 1.23 patch we can't see the map in the folder of WC3 when hosting lan or bnet game !!


    EDIT : ok i find the issue, name of hoihoi8 file is too long :

    i had this version downloaded orginally, then the maps disseapeared from wc3FT create game area, but was still under the maps when i go look for it in the file, fianlly i downloaded the map and sent it to the scenario section and it appeared, but everyone people join and finish DLing it auto kicks them so basically im lost..this never happened like a week ago any ideas?:eekani:

    Well I already gave you suggestions on your forums, but I'll just put them here too.

    -Spelling fixes
    There are alot of typos in this game, and I may seem like a grammar nazi, but things like that make a game seem...more unprofessional. Some of them being in the beginning text when you change difficulty there is something misspelled there, and also Ultimates in the main "lobby" place, is spelled "Ultimateses". There are numerous other little ones like "Arthus Armor" when it should be "Arthas Armor".

    -Boss items unable to be picked up multiple times
    Self-explanatory, I hate it when people steal the item from the boss I kill.

    -Boss items unable to be attacked
    Some people like to be a thingy and ATTACK the boss items so no-one can pick them up at all.

    -Some AOE spells are very OP(over powered)
    Death and Decay, Barrage, Rain of Fire, Immolation

    -Finger of Death is OP
    1 Shots anything and has an extremely short cooldown.

    Everytime I make this I get a bunch of people, then they ALL leave at same exact time, I think they are getting diconnected. It doesnt happen with any of my other games, im pretty sure it's the way you protected it, it disconnects them after they finish dling it. It didnt used to happen in earlier versions.

    Awesome map, i love the Hell lvl so much, so far i can only beat it with int... because of mana shield and divine shiled, there should be reduction of mana when it comes hell lvl for Mages, because once they have mana shield they simply become invincible. its so sad for melees because they can never rank top, i think you should make cleave more area effect and have higher percentage .. to make it fair and should make mirro image take less damage each lvl and more percent damage, and ultimate are useless in hell lvl, and summons are useless in hell as well since all your hp are reduced to like 20percent. Also there is a bug with charm when i tried to charm boss , i have to charm it twice but i get twice amount the money ha. And there should be a Crazy Hell lvl ha Nice map 5/5 i enjoyed having beat the Hell Ha:thumbs_up: btw this is my first post

    Some good ideas in there chehong. I'll definately look into reducing mana on harder difficulties.

    Bosses take 2 charms because they have spell shield.

    Hey hoihoi8, you did a good job of putting the best of all in 1 good protected version, nice work.

    Theres a few things i saw that i dont think were quite the same in some of the mods i made. Its been a while so i cant remember if i locked my versions or not but if you want them to help you out in anyway just let me know. There were some small very helpful things i did that might have gone un-noticed, but it really improved game play and the mechanics of how things worked. Things you would probably need to look at the triggers to see what it was helping with.

    My current project im working on is Custom Hero Footies so i could probably help ya out with some stuff if you wanted.


    Edit: Just to help you out with Teldrassil, i dont mind you took over this project and i'm sure the other originals dont mind either, its good you keep it locked so theirs at least 1 official version and it doesnt get 'hacked with cheats' and duplicated even more.. Its never fun when its hard to tell the real from the fakes.

    I tried these survival maps they're all kind of the same. You have a couple of options if you hope to go the distance. Spells are imbalancely good up until level 10 in which case you should unskill it and get something else. The auras are an absolute must if you hope to go the distance. For a melee hero I highly suggest getting cleave always or your almost doomed for complete and total failor. For range getting magic barrage in my opinion should be a staple. Highly underated spells are your single target abilities like hex the cool down is insanely low and against the likes of bosses it is isanely op as all you have to do is set off their spell shield wait for the cd and permantely disable them from that point on. What I dont like is how many skills are pretty much staple limiting your ability to I dont know customize your hero. Take your melee Vamp Aura,Cleave,Crit, Melee Aura that is 4 skills you pretty much have to get.

    I have a few suggestions i like to post here, even though I am new and and pro at CHS. Hi hoihoi8... here we go (forgive me if this post is long) in my opinion:

    1. Why is there 2 diff versions of this? v2.08 and this 1? Battle.net usually hosts v2.08 version by a clan bot, strange huh?

    2. Enemy footmen don't need shadowstrike, give them resistant skin instead.
    3. Avatar Ultimate needs little tweaking. (Reason - demon hunter or deathbringer who get it still attack melee, a 500 or 600 range attack would be better if skill build with cleave).
    4. Ancient Wendigos should not have reincarnation. It makes it hard to beat them (depending on your skill build of hero with melee hero + cleave or ranged hero + barrage). Give them Hardened Skin or Resistant Skin.
    5. All Summon's HP needs to be increase a little. Depending on which 1's are too useless late game, get wiped out easily.
    6. Flesh golem hero needs to be redone or tweaked. If its gonna be siege type, doesnt need to be ranged, melee better.
    7. Lvl 40 Hydra's base damage needs to be toned down from 3000-2000 dmg. It's HP needs to be lowered to still make it easier to beat. (doesn't matter what skill build or items your Hero has).
    8. Lvl 40 Final boss base dmg (not HP) needs to be toned down from 10000-8000 dmg or something. With more players, the outcome can still be better (even for newcomers).
    9. Vampiric Aura percentage needs to be increase more, something like 50% or 60% so upon skill level, you still survive.
    10. Arthus Armor, Demon's Whip, Helm of Valor, Hood of Cunning, Medallion of Courage, all those expensive items need to be lowered from 10000 - 8000 or something, i find it's a little too high of gold cost. Whether late game, your hero makes it or not.

    Otherwises, everything else is good. I could add more but lets wait and see the replies and comments. Thanks for taking the time to read this...

    Hi,
    I played for a long range mage with a magic shield, trueshot, barrage, divine shield and bash and didn't have any problem at any levels. The only problem, which, i think, has to be fixed is the opportunity to attack other heroes: sometimes the stronger attack the weaker to wipe them out.

    Dude. lemme correct ya on a few things in this discussion thread:

    1. Every ranged hero or mage hero in CHS has a total attack range of 600.

    2. Correct term is "mana shield".

    3. Just know that bash skill only works on 1 target at a time. Doesn't spread with barrage. Especially if any range hero/mage gets it.

    4. Obviously. That's your playing style of a skill build for a mage hero.

    5. Yes. I agree that attacking another hero in battle-field needs to be fixed and taken off. (.i.e. in Half-life Counter-strike, there's such thing called "friendly-fire"). There's a term for that called "backstabbers". Most ppl who play CHS either don't know wat skill build to get, bored, only join to fool around, random skills, or just backstab and kill you after 1 ankh. Ya I know what im talking about, dude.

    Overall, there's alot of bugs in current versions such as 2.08 and 1.22 than you think. There's even a problem with learning the 7th skill, (due to possibly resetting the lumber# everytime you try to learn a new skill). So go ahead and say that "im wrong", when in fact I know what I am talking about better than you, dude POJIOH.
