Everytime I make one post, I get a message for it. How can I stop this evil madness before I go insane @_@ I've been clicking sort by for one hour already. How can I make the madness end?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Messaging & Notification -> Default Thread Subscription Mode -> Do Not Subscribe.

Then you can also tweak your EMailing preferences.

User CP -> Edit Options -> Messaging & Notification -> Default Thread Subscription Mode -> No Email Notification is probably what you're looking for. If you use "Do not subscribe" new posts in the thread you're subscribed to will not be tracked in your User CP at all.

User CP then Edit Options then Messaging & Notification then Default Thread Subscription Mode then No Email Notification.

You should explore the capabilities of the Control Panel often.
