High Latency aaand Help Me Choose...

So, since the first time I play HotS, I get this High Latency, my internet is fine, I play WoW and Diablo fine, but HotS...Someone please help me here, I really want to play, now It's impossible to play so I hope someone could help.

Aand, just saved 10,000 and I could buy several heroes with it, or 1 if it cost 10,000. I'd like Abathur, but dunno. Could you recommend me a nice starting hero?
