you can't start "last created timer" , put a variable there, and don't post you problem twice

"start last started timer"? I mean, last started timer is "null"... You have no timer started in the beginning of a map.

It should be: "Start Variable_Timer..." and remove the "set Timer = last started timer"

Specifically, you are telling the game to start a timer that you haven't created. I can't help much since my computer can't run WE, but you need to create a timer with that trigger, or with another trigger. I could go into more detail, but for now your problem is simple enough that this will fix it.
