Hawkwing: I like the layout and general appearance, but it lacks contrast and variety. Either change it up a bit or apply this to a model and bathe it in green gas particles.

This would look awful with anything but a Green or Dark Green teamcolor... but in the screenshot, at least, it looks pretty good. The face is a little tough to make out, though. 4/5 from me.

he's an unfortunate lich that went through a time portal and ended up in a Terran Vespene Gas Refinery, and fell off the platform and into the gas so he becamse all green and toxic and he couldnt find a way back to azeroth and the SCV's were coming since they had heard him and they were brining fusion cutters so the lich had to use poison nova to kill all the scv's since the scv's only have like 10 hp and poison nova deals 100 damage +100 nova damage...so godlike... and then the lich forced another scv to make a portal and he came back to azeroth and killed all the inferior frost liches and became the dominant lich.
