Hero XP gameplay constants

So I have this RPG where leveling works fine as long as the hero kills creeps, because of the modified creep table. Then he encounters monsters that are no longer Neutral Hostile, but a team member. This gives ridiculous amount of XP to the hero. In fact, it makes him level after every 3rd monster kill. And this happens in just one quest. A hero is not supposed to ding 21 levels during one quest.

Which of the HeroXP gameplay constants modifies received XP from team member units, and can be changed without affecting the overall hero XP gain from creeps?
