hero uses Item to make units teleport to hero from far.

hey guys, i am trying to make an item where the hero can use it to teleport units from far to the hero. like mass teleport, but the caster is far from the units and the units is teleported to the caster. how to do that?

there is already an item that does that in the game. It's called amulet of recall.
