[Solved] hero starting lvl

is there a way that when you start a map, a specific hero will begin at a certain lvl, like a lvl 4 hero right at the beginning?

Does the Hero who is supposed to start at higher level appear in that map for the first time?

Or is it like the main hero who player controls throughout the whole campaign (or at least in more than 1 map)?

it is the enemy, have you seen a lvl where the enemy hero is stronger than your own?

like him,in each map i am making, making the lvl cap 100
