That's the Hive for you. They strongly moderate all the stuff like off topic, modelling forum etc, but they neglect tutorials and contests. Either that or they just don't realize that with thousands of active members, you need more than five or six contests going at a time, especially since they give like 2 months to finish :\

Well we didn't enter a contest just for sitting on our buts and watch the rain fall.

All right guys. Here's what we're going to do.

1. This contest will begin within the next week or so.
   
   
2. A staff member will be appointed to host the contest (or I will do it myself).
   
   
3. The contest will be closely based on Parrothead's original post.
   
   
4. Some revisions to the rules will be made based on staff input and the discussion that has taken place in this thread..
